North Riding Senior Cup Quarter Final – Marske United Vs Middlesbrough FC

This Friday 06th January Marske United FC play host to Middlesbrough FC in the North Riding Senior Cup Quarter Final.

Venue is The G.E.R Stadium, Mount Pleasant Ave, Marske, home of Marske United Football Club with kick off time 7.30pm

Admission is only Adults £5 – OAP’S £2.50 and under 16’s £2

As Middlesbrough normally field a youth squad with a couple of fringe players, it is a chance to come along and see if they have another Stewart Downing or Adam Johnson in their ranks.

Marske are unbeaten in eight games and will be well up for this game so should make for an entertaining match.

The game has been dedicated to the Memory of Michael Maidens.

Michael a 20 year old Hartlepool professional footballer from Skelton was a front seat passenger of a Vauxhall Corsa which crashed on the A174/A1053 Greystones roundabout slip road in October 2007.

The Maidens family and friends are extremely supportive to Marske United Football Club and i thank them on behalf of the club.
