How to Survive Christmas.

Nat King Cole always makes Christmas sound wonderful, but the reality of planning, dashing, shopping, spending, wrapping, cooking, cleaning….can be quite exhausting!
However, tis the season to be jolly, so if you need a bit more fa la la la la, than bah humbug, help is at hand to re-light your Christmas spirit.
Tees Valley Rural Community Council has teamed up with Cleveland Fire Brigade, South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust, Groundwork North East and many others, to help prepare for the festive season.
Practical tips, advice on how to cope with Christmas and the winter months and fun demonstrations on keeping fit including the Easton Tap Dance Group and laughter Yoga by Age UK Teesside, plus a buffet lunch.
